Our fixed-income bond offering provides an opportunity for accredited and sophisticated investors to participate in a socially impactful investment while earning competitive returns. By investing in North Star Recovery and Wellness Fund I, you will gain access to a stable, fixed annualized return ranging from 8% to 12%, with monthly cash flow and the option to compound returns. Distributions begin on the first day of the month following 60 days after your initial contribution, ensuring that your capital starts working for you quickly. This offering is structured to provide investors with a priority position in the capital stack, sitting above common equity but just below senior debt, which provides a more secure position compared to traditional equity investments.

The minimum investment is structured across three classes: Class A offers an 8% return with a $500 minimum investment, Class B provides a 10% return with a $50,000 minimum, and Class C delivers a 12% return for investments of $250,000 or more. Each investment term is 36 months, with the principal returned in full at the end of the term. Investors have the flexibility to use cash or Self-Directed IRA funds, making this an attractive option for those looking to diversify portfolios and generate predictable income while making a positive impact.
